The AAHCI Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) Regional Office is hosting a regional meeting in Sao Paulo, Brazil on August 8-9, 2018 at The University of São Paulo Medical School – FMUSP.

This meeting will focus on Research in the Academic Health Center, and the role of Latin America: perspectives and participation in health policies.

Sessions include:

• LAC models of research and health care
• Engaging Medical Students in Research
• Innovation in health and social care
• Research and its contribution to the process of improving healthcare delivery
